Call for applications for appointment as a content writer for the National Examination Committee of the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia

The Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (the Board) invites applications from experienced medical radiation practitioners interested in appointment as a content writer for the National Examination Committee (the Committee).

The role of the Committee is to oversee the development and implementation of the national examination. The examination is based on the Professional capabilities for medical radiation practice, and assesses the minimum level of applied knowledge for competent and safe professional practice in the profession.

Content writers assist the Committee through production and contribution of questions for the national examination.

The Board is seeking applications from medical radiation practitioners in all divisions of registration who have current knowledge of the capabilities required for practice in the profession and

  • current clinical experience
  • experience in clinical training or supervision
  • experience in education and/or assessment

Appointments are for up to one year, with eligibility for reappointment, and are expected to start in October 2017.
